I reached out on a Thursday around 3 PM and spoke with Claudia, who was wonderful, and she had me booked for an appointment at 9 AM the next morning. Jordan, who is truly the GOAT, came out and was able to do an inspection of the work needed and provide a comprehensive and clear explanation of the work that should be done and the costs associated. Everything was straight forward, easy and executed flawlessly. They weren't kidding when they gave themselves the name "Superior"!

Greg Corn was very professional and prompt to our emergency request on a Sunday. He came within a timely manner and worked with the fire fighters very closely to fix the issue. If I ever have an electric issue he is the first person I'm calling.
