Professional, Prompt, & thorough! From the time we booked Terrell, he sent us information regarding the service he would be providing. He arrived on time and was ready to work. There was some hiccups with the product manufacturing. However, Terrell was knowledgeable enough to find a “work around” and solutions to solve those issues.
