Detailed, professional and knowledgeable. Chad along with the rest of the crew have been the most professional people I have ever come across in any customer service experience. A detailed explanation of work that needed to be done, with pictures and in my case video of damaged sewer pipes. The care and detail that they took to leave everything as was found is incredible! They had to remove many pavers and they took the care not to damage them and leave everything as was found, clean and orderly!

Fix & Flow was super helpful! We recently moved into a new home, and there were a few weird plumbing issues we wanted help with. Scheduling was easy, and the tech who came out was super friendly. He reassured us that the issues we had found were nothing to worry about. I had some questions about future upgrades/fixes, and he helped me understand what our options might be if we pursue those. Overall, the appointment was great, and I felt the price was very reasonable!

Fix and Flow to the rescue! We had a leak that began in the middle of the night-luckily we had warning and I was able to shut the water off at the meter. I called Fix and Flow the next morning, and although they had full bookings for the day, they were able to work us in. The crew fixed the issue quickly, and were very courteous and professional. Highly recommended.

Great communication during a hectic winter week for their plumbing team. We did not have an emergency like so many others, but we were kept updated on when our request could be handled. The technician, Bryan, was great and explained the best way to handle our bathroom sink fix. I now understand why Fix & Flow were recommended by our neighbors! We will definitely use again.
